Banana smoothie is perfect for breakfast and brunch.it is very healthy rich in protein, vitamins and calcium.it is very easy to prepare and well goes with any combination of flavors.


Ingredients

Bananas-2
Milk-400ml
Yogurt-100gms
Vanilla essence-1/4tsp
Ice Cubes
Honey


Preparation method

  1. Place the diced bananas, milk, yogurt, vanilla essence and ice cubes in the jug of a blender,
  2. Blend it until well combined.
  3. Pour among glasses. Drizzle with extra honey to serve.

Mushroom in Sauce

Ingredients

Mushrooms-250gms

Onion-1

Garlic cloves-2

Cream -250 ml

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Butter-50gms


Preparation method 

  1. Heat butter in a pan add chopped onions. cook it until softened.
  2. Add garlic and mushrooms. Saute it for 5 mins.
  3. Add water and cook it for few mins.
  4. Add cream stir it gently. cook it in a low flame for 3 mins.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve it hot.
